Damaged, wrong or missing

Replaced, no questions. Send a photo and your order number through the contact form (topic “Order support”) within 14 days of delivery and a replacement is produced straight away.

Made to order (draft policy)

Apparel, cases, desk mats, prints and framed originals are produced for your order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Sizes and colours are chosen at checkout — the size guide on each apparel page shows garment measurements.

If something is not as described, tell us and we will make it right.

Pre-orders

A calendar pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the edition ships.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
