Where we ship

Carshowcasing currently serves Canada and the United States only. Each product and destination must have an approved fulfillment route and protected margin; if that pairing is not ready, the bag blocks checkout instead of accepting a risky order.

What shipping costs

Shipping is quoted in your bag before you pay, for the exact items you have chosen and the country you ship to. The shipping charge shown in your bag will not change; any applicable tax is shown by Stripe before you confirm payment.

Made-to-order pieces are quoted by the connected production partner. The checkout also reserves provider tax, payment and exchange fees, replacements and quote movement; an order that does not meet the protected contribution floor is not accepted.

When a free-shipping threshold is on, it applies only when the order still passes that same contribution check.

How long it takes

Stripe authorizes the card first; the completed address and current provider quote must pass before payment is captured. The provider order then stays on hold until its returned totals pass once more before production.

Calendars are printed on demand after the final check; the production and delivery window is shown before checkout when the route is approved.

You receive a confirmation email when you order and a shipped email with tracking when the parcel leaves.

Duties and taxes

Any tax Carshowcasing is registered to collect is calculated on Stripe's payment page. Provider tax is treated as a store cost. A Canada or United States route stays unavailable unless its tax and fulfillment treatment is confirmed; checkout does not intentionally pass an unresolved customs bill to the customer.
